Our backstory
We’ve a long history of delivering internal communications to prestigious clients such as ABB, Lloyds TSB and BP.
It all began in 1980, when we started out as a video production house, but we’ve changed quite a bit
since then.
In 2000 we did some research into the market for internal communications. At that time, companies could choose from strategic consultancies and channel-specific production houses. We found that clients weren't very happy with this. The consultants gave them a thick report of recommendations, leaving them with a time-consuming challenge of juggling a number of agencies to deliver the creative results.
Having spotted the need to combine these two services, The Loop was reborn in 2002, combining the talents of consultants and creatives. Nowadays we support our clients from strategic consultancy right through to creative delivery.
