Campaigns - Plan

We design your communications plan based on your issue, your audiences and your resources. A key consideration is often how to design a communications plan that will work across a global organisation. Typically there will be three phases to a communications plan:

  • A launch, to engage employees and explain the
    key messages.
  • A discussion, to enable employees to interpret what the change/messages mean to them, give feedback or
    ask questions.
  • Follow-up communications to ensure the messages/new behaviours are embedded.
